Classes from my home are based in Muswell Hill, bordering onto Alexandra Palace park. I teach private one-to-one or classes for two students at a time if this is your preference. They are in a confidential environment and I have a keen interest in yoga therapy so am happy to tailor sequences to help support your yoga practice with asanas that help particular medical conditions.
If you wish, I can take photos of you during your session so that you have a home practice guidance too.
Private sessions cost £70 for 70 minutes.
I can also teach personalised small group classes at your home or at my studio space.
