The Workshops are suitable for all students. The workshops are being held in the Hornsey Vale Community centre in Crouch End. The room is large (17 x 10 meters) with a wooden floor and ventilation. The number of students is limited which means the mats will be very well distanced from each other.

What to bring: Students will be required to bring their own equipment: a mat, 1/2 x belts, 2x bricks, 4/5 x foam blocks, 2 + blankets and a bolster (optional)). Please bring additional equipment if you know you need it. Please have sufficient warm clothing (layers are good). If you have any questions about equipment, please get in contact.
Health & safety: The current Covid measures are as follows though this may be updated before the workshops. Students need to have a negative lateral flow test before attending the workshop. Students will be required to use hand gel on entry to the workshop room and wear a mask until they are on their mat. The room has ventilation so we will have windows or doors open to keep fresh air circulating. Students will be required to bring their own equipment.
