Online classes

Due to current circumstances, I am teaching online classes using Zoom. Please register with Zoom in advance for this meeting. It is free to join.

Classes are now limited to 15 people at a time. Please register for the classes using the links below and you will be sent a meeting password. I have now set the meetings to reoccur so the link should be the same each class but you will need to register each time.


Wednesday morning 9.30-10.45am


Thursday evening 7.30-8.45pm

In preparation for the class

I recommend that you login 10 minutes before the class time. Be ready to move your camera/tablet/smart phone so you can be seen from head to toe on your mat.

You will not have access to the mic at all times, but you need to turn it ON so that you can hear me. Please turn your video ON.

Have a mat and some equipment. If you have limited or no equipment, please see yoga prop alternatives

If you are able to and happy to pay for these classes, they cost £8. This is because you will be limited to 9 attendees so I can see you all and it will be a better experience for you with less freezing and stilted connection. I have also invested in better broadband speeds, adapters and cables! You can pay my account directly:

UK Iyengar teachers are only allowed to teach people we have met in a class situation.
